About Us

A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Dwayne Hawkins brings over 20 years of experience in nonprofit and religious organizational health and growth. He currently serves as the pastor of Antioch Baptist Church in Omaha, where he is deeply committed to fostering spiritual and community development.

Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts, both from Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska. His leadership experience extends beyond the pulpit, having served as a two-term president of the New Era Baptist State Convention of Nebraska, Inc., and a board member of the National Baptist Convention USA, Inc. He also previously held roles as the West Region Vice President and board member of the National Baptist Congress of Christian Education.

As the Founder and President of DAH Consulting LLC, Dwayne leverages his extensive expertise to empower organizations and churches toward growth and sustainability. He is certified in Strategic Management Performance Systems and Mastering Foresight from LBL Strategies, holds a Strategic Planning Professional certification from the Association for Strategic Planning, and has earned the Baldrige Performance Excellence Champion certification from the Baldrige Foundation and LBL Strategies. Additionally, Dwayne is certified in Church Consulting through the Society for Church Consulting and Conflict Resolution through Ambassadors of Reconciliation.
